Rosa Fabrics has gorgeous fancy sequinned fabrics for reasonable prices. They sell lining fabrics and organza. They also have a selection of nicely-priced spandex fabrics, both basic and printed. There is a public parking lot less than a block North on the same street that fronts Rosa fabrics. Bring at least $10 in cash to park there.
