This was the worst and most painful acupuncture experience I have ever had. I booked this and I thought their first time visit was a great deal. $75 for an initial session but, you get what you pay for. I've had acupuncture before and always felt amazing. I was running a bit late (10 min), so when I got there and they couldn't take me right away I understand. 45 min later I check in with the receptionist and the doctor still isn't ready for me. It's just him by himself working at least 4 other patients not including me. I finally get some of the needles put in and something isn't right. It HURTS, I am laying face down, and cannot move because I have the cupping attached to me. The needles hurt, I cannot move my hands. I'm late to my next appt and I had bruises on my hands from the needles. It didn't help my pain at all. I call the next day and tell them about my side effects. The receptionist takes down my info and says the doctor will call me back shortly. 2 days later goes by and the receptionist calls me again saying the doctor will call me. It's been 2 months and never heard a thing. Never going back.

My very first experience and it was amazing. I had the fortune of being treated by Dr. Guanhong Ma, who for what I experienced and could hear from the rest of his patients, and read from his background, he is a wonderful physician, with vast treatment and patient experiences, he has a great deal of ancient Chinese herbal and acupuncture knowledge, very precise when doing the treatment, and critical on his responsibility when taking care of his patients. It really was an incredible experience, he does make a different. I wish all physicians had his attitude towards clients. The clinic has Very nice environment settings, I like the tea concept when you go in. The staff members are very polite, they have treated me with warm attentions and respect, sure is a place I will go again to be treated by my doctor, Dr. Ma. I definitely recommend this place, it might just be what you need, like it happen to me. I am a 37 years old mother of 2 teens, who was in need of some serious treatment for back pain, face lift, and menstrual cycle regulation, and pelvic floor lifting. I can't explain how satisfy I am, thanks to him I can do activities I couldn't do well before, I am in clock time, less menstrual cramps, and flow, it is just amazing. He changed my life for better 🙏. I really don't have words to express my gratitude , thank you to the clinic, and a warm thanks to my doctor, Dr. Ma 👋.
