So I was the only one standing in line waiting to be called up to the Register and the worker at the register, had seen me and yet she ignored me and continued to do something else then she left the register, I WAS LIKE this is unreal!!! There was no need for that. Why was it? I had gotten no apology. So unpleasant and un Profesional! To the worker's YOU DEAL WITH PEOPLE Deal with people right ! Give good CUSTOMER SERVICE if NOT YOU SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE.

I’m going to leave a two stars review because I’ve always loved this store! But today my experience changed! I was patiently waiting at the jewelry counter for the rep to ask the price of an item. Two other ladies approached and the cashier totally ignores me and starts helping them. Cool I’ll just wait, but nooo she just continued ignoring me and went back to register 1. I explained to her I was first even before the other two ladies and she just said I’m the only one u have to wait. I explained again I was here first and she said ohhh you should have said something before I help those two ladies. I told her I didn’t because I was trying to be nice but she needed to help me. She then approached me and said u have to press the bottom and I was like nobody said anything to me I’m just been ignored over here. She had a nasty attitude I know the main reason why I was been ignored is because I’m Latin and white skin because she was super nice to the other two ladies she helped before! Not good Ross not good! My visit was at 12pm and unfortunately I don’t have the rep name but I’m sure u can find her in the system and coached her!

Ridiculous: Why the hell is there only one register open every time I go to this store?? You hire a lot of workers yet they're not doing their job at all. SMH and here I was excited that they opened Ross on 27TH AVE.
