It was horrible,They charged me lots of money and they never fix the problem.I spend over $700.00 at jiffy lube and my car still isn't working and they keep telling me there is another problem needs to be fix and I have to spend more money. I wouldn't give them not even 1 star.

*ZERO STARS*‼️ They tried to scam me ! , if your a female by yourself they will try to add services you didn’t REQUEST! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ! I spend less at the dealer without the hassle and headache ! I don’t like there business practices! Very unprofessional! Since they REMOVED MY GLOVE DEPARTMENT IT WON’T CLOSE ! I REGRET SETTLING FOR TRAP HOUSE OF A BUSINESS!

I know they have a alignment machine that checks your alignment as far as diagnostics for a check engine light I don't think they do but AutoZone we'll check it for you if you have a check engine light on
Yes you can bring your own oil and they use it they have no problem with that
