The manager is a liar at the Miami Gardens location. He is no help and said he was going to dismantle furniture for me when I got there. When I got to the store, he had already left and the short Spanish lady said he had left, even KNOWING that I was going to come for the furniture. Keep in mind I’m pregnant and had nobody to help me dismantle it. Poor customer service, I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place. I guess it’s called good will for a reason, look at the employees who work there. Low quality employees. Even the clothes there are better quality than the staff there.

This is a good outlet for the Rich and Poor to buy USED and NEW clothes ,shoes, bags ,glass/CHINA wares, toys ,electronic equipment etc. The price is very reasonable with 50% discount depending on the color of the week , and 15% discount to senior citizens on Tuesdays. There are so much surprises in this store you may become addicted to going there every day. The place is run very well but they must be suffering from overstock due to the Covid19. Fortunately you are (Covidscreened)before you enter the store . I recommend more students for the store cus they have special discounts too. The store has recently created a furniture section and doing very good sales.

The short spanish cashier lady needs to wear prescription glasses. I have been having issue with her for some the about prices. It says one thing and she charges another and argue when you tell her that's not price it says. Otherwise I love this place. Been going there for years.
