I bought my mother the Miele C3 cannister vacuum for her bday and she loves it!! Josh did an awesome job on two occasions showing both of us how to use it and all the accessories.

Was told by oreck customer service ro go to local oreck dealer since vacuum was under warranty. Stopped working, no auction and brush stopped working after 4 months. Got to dealer, 40min away, and was told that the bag inflates and the brush isnt moving so its not a warranty issue. Asked the guy if customer service would know that and why would they send me and he said that he cant speak to that. Offered to charge me for a tune up or to replace the belt. Just walked out… super disappointed. Thought oreck was a good vacuum, not a pos that cost $200.

I came into this store looking for a new vacuum after having done some research on canister vacuum brands. Josh was very helpful in explaining the various types available, the pros/cons of models between several brands, and demoed the capabilities after providing what I was looking for and the budget. I was looking for something high quality and will last a long time, and the Miele I purchased meets those expectations so far. I also appreciated the level of customer service he provided, and hope to return for any vacuum-related needs.

My wife stopped by with our vacuum that was under performing. Joey was a great help. he showed my wife how to take apart the vacuum so it could be cleaned at home. He was very professional and took the time to explain all the steps, all at no charge. We will definitely continue to use Bank's Oreck for all our vacuum needs!
