Meh… limited selection. Customer service is lacking due to training. It is not the fault of the staff when they are not trained in product knowledge, greeting, communication, or service. The store could be so much more with a bit of organization and trained staff. It’s the little things that count. Pay your employees a livable base plus sales bonuses to increase foot traffic and teach them sales skills.

Good place to shop cycle accessories. There is room for improvement. Such as inventory stocking. A 50 50 shot in finding replacement parts like fuel line, or spark plugs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only other beef is with balancing wheels. You wont balance spoke rim off road wheels?? C'mon man! Dual sport wheels you can't do it?!?!

The staff at Cycle Gear in Manchester, CT is not only knowledgeable, but they are some of the nicest people around. I highly recommend the store. Besides picking up gear and supplies from them, I have also had them mount tires I bought from them and had delivered to the store. And they did an excellent job!

I cannot say enough how amazing my experience with Cycle Gear was! I called ahead to ask if they could help me find dirt bike gear for our 4 year old. When we arrived a man named Alec helped us! He had so much expertise in fitting our child with the best gear! We were in and out within 40 minutes! I am so happy with our purchases and feel that our child is 100% protected when he gets on his bike. Thank you so much!
