OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I could’ve easily had one of the worst days of my life when my old car broke down 3 hours from home and left me stranded - ON MY BIRTHDAY - but Freddy, Kristin, the owner and the financing manager took such good care of me and turned it into an amazing experience. They assured me right away that everything was okay and they would work with me to get me a great deal on a new car. They were so patient and kind - the owner even offered me lunch. They went above and beyond to help me and I can’t say enough how much I appreciated it! They made the entire process so easy, got me into a new car quickly, and I was able to drive home safely. Of all places for my old car to break down, I’m so thankful that I ended up here. Thank you for everything!!

Manchester City Nissan is one of the best dealerships I’ve been to. The atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I worked with Shawn, he is one of the sales specialist, he was very helpful and worked with me to find the perfect car for me. Matt the sales manager was also very helpful, worked endlessly to help me get an approval for a car loan. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new car!

I just bought my car from Manchester City Nissan in January 2022 and got my first oil change - did not need an appointment (which was GREAT!). The staff was very helpful and they finished in a timely manner. I waited in the lobby where I enjoyed a coffee and good music. I will be getting all my future oil changes completed here.

Me and My girlfriend went over on Saturday and had the most pleasant experience that we could have asked for. After spending 3 hours at another dealership previously and wasting lots of time , at Manchester City Nissan we were all set within an hour . Obviously paper work and stuff took quite of bit of time after that but we were in the car we wanted with the right numbers very quickly. The staff stayed extra late to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. We highly recommend this place if you are purchasing or leasing , the staff is friendly , right to the point and without the pressure cooker you find at other dealers .
