Great experience! ✨️ The first experience: Maria helped me and my husband get a few pieces in the outlet in the Southington location. We ordered from the regular side and outlet section. The regular pieces were delivered by white glove service. No white gloves but the guys were great and very hard-working! Second Experience: We went back and had Luz Lopez help us in the Manchester location (where the headquarters are located). Great ladies! Great helpers!

Just taking a moment to praise both Seth and Anthony in furniture pick up who helped my sister and I today. Her and I were pretty stressed with purchasing lots of new furniture on the fly, due to excellent prices (!!!) and these two men made the process easier and were beyond kind. Please praise these two if possible. They deserve it.

It's been very difficult trying to purchase furniture (etc) during these past 2 years due to the pandemic and extreme shipping delays. I've been to numerous furniture stores, have ordered furniture, anxiously waited for it only to have to refuse the delivery because the furniture is damaged or not available as promised and sold!!. Store personnel knew and didn't make me aware but instead delivered pieces late and in poor condition. The experience with Bob's has been great from the start. From the sales clerk who showed us the merchandise available and what we were looking for, to the delivery team. The pieces I ordered were securely wrapped and delivered without any problems. The delivery team were right on schedule, very courteous and did a great job!!! Great job Bobs team!!! Thankyou!!!

We had a good idea of what we were looking for, and a knowledgeable salesperson. We were able to make choices quickly and the price was fair, so we made the deal right away. Having the sales rep able to check us out on the sales floor instead of having to go to the office like before is a definite improvement.
