Boston Market occupies a special niche for us. I generally stay away due to the high levels of salt in their food. But unlike other "fast food", Boston Market food is more like home cooking. I particularly like the pot pies, and my friend likes the turkey meals. Not a speck of deep fried coating in what we order. I bought one of the pumpkin pies they had on the counter. It was good and not too big. Not doubt due to COVID-19 and the time of day we visited, we had the entire dining room to ourselves, so no virus worries.

It's been a while since visiting a Boston Market. I picked up dinner for my family, and was VERY pleased with the service. Friendly polite and helpful. I was greeted and received an apology for the wait to receive my completed order. There were a couple of negatives though. The turkey sandwich was not what we expected. The bread was stale and the turkey was dry and tasteless. The ribs are boiled, which was not as disappointing as the sandwich. I will stick with what they do best in the future, and I will be back.

Their $5 quarter chicken meal really needed that promo because the chickens are very small. That said, their sides were tasty as usual, & those young little chickens are very tender. When fresh, their Brownies are awesome. Reasonable price, free parking, wheelchair accessible, plenty of room between tables.
