I would say for lawyers these guys are sub par. If they would actually listen to their client they could have gotten more from the settlement. As the company violate OSHA safety and didn't have the proper PPE needed to move the containers. The young guy with hair piece can't even do math correctly. They have all my contact information wrong. They don't care about the client at all. My first experience with them was with the young guy was 5 minutes before my case to start and he was just then looking over my case and trying to do math figures which me and the officers proceeding had to correct him. If I would do this over again get a lawyer that is on TV and not sum recommended lawyer from the internet. And I have talked with Philip and he never really wants to listen to what I have to say.
