Gabrielle was so friendly and had the best personality. She knew exactly what she was talking about with any questions or concerns we had. Her patience and love for what she does made our trip so easy and not stressful. Gabrielle told me i can stop by at any time with questions about my car and she’d help me out. She builds a great customer connection. I would absolutely go to her again / refer other people to her. I love my k5 and i wouldn’t have it without all of Gabrielle’s help! Thank you!!

Yesterday I bought my first Kia. It’s a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage. I was a little hesitant because my first experience buying a car (not here) was horrible but yesterday was an amazing day. The moment I got out of my car I was greeted by a very nice gentleman he then introduced me to Gabrielle our saleswoman. I told her what I was looking for and although they didn’t have the car I wanted she did show me another car that I obviously fell in love with. Gabrielle is a very kind and helpful saleswoman she answered all my questions, met my needs and wants the best she could, showed me how to work all the cool new features in my car, talked me though literally everything and made me feel like I was a person, she didn’t rush me or belittle me either. I showed up here at 9:15 and had a car by 11:30 this car buying experience couldn’t have gone better!! Trust me this is the dealership you wanna be at everyone there is great. Thank you so much for all the help Gabrielle I will definitely be back if I ever need another car.

I made a 7:00 am appointment for a mechanical inspection of my Kia Forte on Thursday for that following Monday. I dropped the car off Sunday night. By noon of Monday I called and was told it wasn't ready yet. They close at 4pm so at 2:30 I got a ride to the dealership and was told it still wasn't ready. I waited until 4pm when they finally came out and said the car had an engine noise but they didn't know what it was. REALLY??? And just what do you think I brought it there for? They also missed that the rear defroster doesn't work, the gas gauge is off, and some interior bulbs were out. So what were they doing all day? Very disappointed in their service.

Visit Brown Daub Kia for a Straight up buying experience. Bill and Shawn honored their word and got us the car we wanted at the price we agreed upon. With all the craziness in the auto world today, it was good to see there are still Honest dealers out there. 100% recommend. Will be back, and send our friends and family from NJ to BD Kia! Ask for Bill!

They do not return calis.....they did not give me paperwork the last time I was there for warranty work. I've asked for it a few times... Still don't have it. Never had that happen only there, twice now. I wont be going there to purchase my next car.
