Thank you Travis for charging $75. to power wash a stump grinder. If we were told, when we rented the grinder to have it spotless we would have done so. We definitely will not be renting with Ore again. $458 to rent it for 5 hours.....never again. Folks do yourself a favor and find an honest rental company, it's definitely not Ore rentals.

Machine broke before we could even do the job we rented it for. Charged me for mechanic to come out. 75$ an hr for him to drive 37 minutes away which took him over and he to get there. And over an hr to get back. So they charged us for their mechanic to drive like a turtle. There excuse was not everyone drives the same way. The machine popped off track not even 15 minutes of using it. Didnt even get work done. So we spent 500 for the stone then the rental was 469.70 that's with the 200$ deposit. We called and have been fighting with them since. They said they no longer wish to do business with us which is fine because we always use action rental but it just so happened they were closed friday because of the holiday so we settled. Big mistake. They said they would give us half the rental back. They charged us for half the rental and then 150 for the mechanic to do a 10 minute fix. Total charged was 320 which we are entitled to get money back but guess what now they are saying it will take 5 days to get back. We have a bunch of friends and family that have been using ore and after this they will be loosing their business too. Bunch of scam artists

Super friendly and the service was outstanding. Everyone from first phine call to counter to the yard was pleasant and made sure everything was accurate. Did not let me leave without feeling confident in what we rented.
