Lenore is RIGHT, sadly...they TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME AND MADE SEVERAL CLAIMS THAT OBVIOUSLY WERE NOT TRUE! I need to correct my review, as they NEVER got me a new/pre-owned car, but they absolutely DROVE ME PAST THE POINT OF AGGRAVATION CALLING & TEXTING NUMEROUS TIMES. Made me (& I forewarned of my financial status) actually believe I was going to get a car...besides the nuisance, I COMPLETELY wasted my money and time with these clowns!
