Great variety However they do need more help. I did feel like myself and another customer had to wait. It wasn’t the employees fault. He did an awesome job at attending to all of us.

I was leary to purchase anything from Best Buy again due to a past experience with bad customer service. I decided to give the Easton location a try. I knew exactly what I wanted when going into the store. I did have a question and found a customer service agent, “Mark” who asked all my questions politely and treated me like a customer and not an inconvenience. I purchased to Samsung televisions that day due to his customer service. Thank You Mark. You were appreciated, especially helping me get them into the car in pouring rain. Thank You.

Most of the Bestbuy employees who were laid off at the Whitehall location now work here and it was great seeing some old faces all over again. Nice store but not a wide selection of products on display like at the Whitehall store with Magnolia department. Lots of parking a maze to get out of this location.

Our salesman was excellent. We had a lot of questions and he had answers. He was patient, he was knowledgeable and he was just an all around really nice guy! Store is always clean, well stocked, sometimes hard to find someone to help but those that are there and are working, are great!
