From bad to GOOD! Went here many years ago and for a cough they charged me way over 600 bucks and sent me to collections and then collections was also shady. Had to come back to this same location because I through my shoulder out and was told it was under new management, when the new folks seen I had a past bill and learned I had pretty much been screwed, (Brad through that bill out) And on my current one made a payment plan for me because my insurance sucked! Front Desk Jennifer was awesome, doctors were great!! These people care about your health as well they won't screw you over on the charges!!!

I really liked this place when I first visited back in December 2020 and now apparently it is run under new management and that's where it went downhill for me. I havent necessarily had any problems with the PAs, its the completely rude and unpersonable woman at the front desk. She has long hair and wears glasses didn't catch her name but oh my gosh I'd be embarrassed to have someone so cold to work in my office. It made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there at all. They have all my information on file from the past and this lady refused to check me in without an ID. She could tell me where I lived verified my name and my insurance and I still had to go back home to get my ID I haven't had a place do that to me that already has my information on file since I lived in arizona. Just really disappointed In their choice for someone to be at the front desk to welcome people. I mean it's a small thing but there was a lap a girl in there wearing no shoes just sitting at the computer. Really unprofessional and this place needs their old management back
