The truck driver helpers still get paid $13 per hour! This is a physically demanding job, working in all type of weather conditions. They should at least give the helpers $15 per hour. They've been paying $13 since 2000s! It's ridiculous!

They consistently pick up trash at very different times of the day. It can be as early as 6am to as late as 6pm. No different from Deffenbaugh...I do have to say at least they set the trash cans upright unlike Deffenbaugh. As I type this they are coming by at 5:46pm.

Trash was not picked up due to “overflowing material”. Took out a couple bags and called the same day to see if someone could come back out. Thought it was nice that there was “helpline” for this. Turns out they aren’t very helpful. I called 3 times to verify if a truck was coming out to pick up the bins. They stated they were going to after I said the bin lid is now fully closed. When I called again today, they stated that FCC ‘closed the ticket’ and refuses to pick up the trash until next collection day and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Why couldn’t they tell me that in first place so I could at least bring my bin back in. They made it sound like it was being picked up. Does FCC just pick and choose which bins they get to come back to? (They probably favor the nicer neighborhoods) What is the point of this helpline if they can’t actually do anything?

This AM we had snow slick street out by Central Middle School. On my way to drop kiddos off at school we pulled up behind the trash truck. At one of the their stops the trash cans were not at the end of the driveway so the employee took the time to walk up the snow covered driveway to look into the trash can see if they needed dumped! That is so kind of him and just doesn't happen! Just thought I would give a shout out to the company!
