Stephen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me the best and worse case scenarios for the toilet running slow. Luckily, the former turned out to be the case. With a teaser price like this for cleaning a drain ($90-something), I was concerned the company will try to upsell different stuff such as a lifetime commitment to Burton for various services, or name my next child Burton, or something like that, but that was not the case at all. Stephen also gave me a price for a replacement toilet in a guest-bath with no obligation to purchase now.

Shawn Nelson was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he did, was very communicative. He diagnosed and applied the proper and quality fix action and, in a short amount of time, we had water again. The fact that Burton hires veterans is a definite plus and, as a retired veteran myself, my wife and I appreciate it. We will ask for Shawn by name in our future plumbing needs.

Cannot say enough good things about Jeremy at Burton Electric. Gave us 4 bids. No high pressure. Didn't make a mess. Took all trash with him. Great work and customer service. Price was fare. Will definitely call Burton again if need be.

My toilet needs to be completely swapped out for a new one, 2 faucets/drain systems replaced in 2 of my bathroom sinks, shut off values replaced on all fixtures, and finally the pressure relief value replaced. Mark was amazing! Not only was he on time initially to diagnose these issues, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He explained things very simply and used analogies to help me better understand how plumbing works well and not so well due to age or corrosion. I have an appointment tomorrow to have all these things replaced. If tomorrow goes just as well, I will continue to work with Burton always.

If flushing the toilet results in water backing up, chances are you have a clogged sewer. The first step is to turn off your water at the main supply. Diagnosing the sewer clog can be tricky. A professional needs to conduct a camera inspection. Call a Burton professional to conduct a thorough inspection and clear the clog.
Turning your AC off on a hot day before leaving for the day can be expensive. When you turn your AC system back on after turning it off, it has to work overtime to restore cool temperatures – an extremely energy-inefficient process. Instead, turn the thermostat up about 10 degrees so your house doesn’t get too hot. Or better yet, install a programmable thermostat, so you save money while you’re gone.
Don’t flush wipes. This includes disinfectant wipes, makeup wipes, baby wipes and anything labeled “flushable.” These wipes don’t break down like toilet paper and can eventually cause you major plumbing issues. Use your trash can instead!
Do not worry! You may be able to retrieve the ring yourself! 1. Immediately turn off the water and shut off the valve. Next, locate the pipes below the sink and identify the P-Trap. This is the ‘u’ shaped area of the pipe. 2. Before removing a portion from the pipes, be sure to place a bucket directly beneath the P-Trap. Loosen the two slip nuts on either side of the P-Trap and slowly lower the trap. Drain any water into the bucket. If your jewelry hasn’t been washed away by water, this is where it likely can be found. 3. While you’re down there, clean the pipes before fitting them back on. This can allow for better drainage (a huge tip)! Before removing the bucket, turn the water back on and check for any leaks. If these steps don’t work, call a Burton professional! We have the right technology to locate your ring.
Your kitchen drain requires at least once a year maintenance and cleaning. Suppose you hire a professional to clean a clogged pipe. In that case, you can trust you will get a comprehensive inspection —uncovering any hidden issues. A properly functioning kitchen drain does not make gurgling or bubbling noises. Water should drain quickly, absent of sound. Call a professional to prevent this from becoming a more significant problem.
To ensure your HVAC stays in good condition, we recommend frequently replacing your air filter. A good rule of thumb is to replace it during a recent season change. Still, it may also be dependent on additional factors like the size of your home, pets or if a family member suffers from allergies. In addition to changing your filter, we recommend a seasonal tune-up on your AC system. Minor fixes can minimize future repair problems.
That depends on where the pipe is located. If the line is located behind a wall or in a crawl space, crank up the heat or try putting a space heater near the frozen pipe. For exposed pipes, try using a hairdryer or placing a warm washcloth on the pipe. If your pipes freeze, they can burst, so it is best to quickly address the problem. If nothing works, call a plumber.
First, to prevent more bursts, shut off your water — the excess water pressure from thawing pipes can lead to a burst. The next step is to call a plumber to prevent further damage.
No, we do not service window air conditioners at this time.
Wrong it is at bare minimum 169.00 to show up for an emergency. And that is just to get them to come not even look at it. And then when they do before they do any work they will try and up sale aka hydrojet the system for I believe was close to 1700.00
I called shortly after 10 am the first time I used them and I didn't hear or see from them till almost 12 AM so I would say 14 hours roughly
