came up there to get a replacement card, said I couldn't because i'm not homeless, we already going threw covid and can't get a card, okay receive a card in the mail, saying it fraudulent and is cancel, they already told me to cancel before talking to lady on phone, she went and cancel the card I just cancel, so know waiting again, try to call but you can not get ahold of no one at this location why do they have someone working at the front desk

I need help because I'm sick . They want me to drive all over town in this heat. I'm sick! From know on I'm just gonna say I can't do anything and make them do it. I'm sick.
