Hi, If you are needing assistance or information related to ERAP you can call 2-1-1. they are the call center for the ERAP program. If you are experiencing street homelessness, living in your car, or another place not meant for human habitation you can call our street outreach line at (402) 957-1747 and leave a message or text to be connected to our MACCH street outreach team.

I filled out my application and got confirmation it was completed on October 12th. I still have not heard back? How long did it take to process and funds get distributed to landlord? Is there any updates on my application? Hope to hear back soon thanks!
