I believe in the work that NACA does. I found out about the program through someone who shared with me what a great experience they had. I’m glad to have found them. The counselor is informative and the process appears to be very clear. They help individuals to get organized and stay on track to purchase a home. It’s good work they are doing. I highly recommend them.

Still in the early process of purchasing a home with the help of NACA. It seems like the duration really depends on how fast you can submit all the paperwork that they need in order to approve you. The counselors I met were nice, professional, informative, and gave my family hope of potentially owning a home in Miami despite not making much money. I am excited to see how things go once we are done sending all the documents/paperwork!

We start our process with NACA back in 2020 when pandemic came. During these two years we were guided by Mr. Brown, excellent and professional counselor. It is a lot of information to put together but finally we are in the last stage of the process. Wonderful opportunity for people like us with good credit but no available funds to start a buying process. Hoping for the best in the next few months and our dream to buy a house will be accomplished. Thank you NACA and Mr. Brown.

I was informed about the NACA program from a friend. I am very excited about this process and the possibility of owning our first home through NACA. I attended the workshop and was very impressed with the presentation and the information that was provided! My counselor has been amazing. I have gained so much knowledge and have become more responsible with money management.

But joining NACA Is worth it with everything you yourself are going to learn and the experience, some experiences are different than others but at the end home ownership is the goal, so best of luck and if you ever need any help or have any questions feel free to ask. Seminar is one per month always full. I went very early that morning one hour before, and got a seat.
I am about to close and it is very good to be patient and have all the documents always ready but it is worth the wait
This is a very good program that helps simple people of this world to realize their dream of buying their home. I just made my closing and bought my house with Naca with an interest of 2.8% that NOBODY in the market gives it to him, they are very prepared and ready people to help you realize your dream of buying your house of course that the program is a program to make sure that when you buy your home you don't get a headache.
