Are you joking me?! Their system is soooo much better than what we deal with in California. We came in to transfer a title of a vehicle, issue plates and register it. Leah (hope that’s your name) assisted us in a jiffy with professional sound advice in under 15 minutes! Wait time from security check in to the counter, under 15 or less minutes. The officers there are also friendly. Parking available and wheelchair accessible.

By default the small (motorcycle) size. However, they will substitute a full size if requested.
Not sure but you could call the treasurer office and ask. But when I was there last week i paid my property taxes and was in and out in ten minutes.

Vehicles older than 12 years are only 50 dollars a year to register. She will probably have to pay more than that the first time due to new registration. But next year it will be 50 bucks
You can apply to get a duplicate title. Will need to talk with the Treasurers office on what paperwork you will need
