I dropped off a package and an hour later realized I had forgoten the Return Authorization barcode sticker the company required for the return. I went back and the two men working the counter were very helpful in finding my small box among all the boxes they had piled up. Thanks so much.

This is the 2nd time they have delivered my package to the wrong address. The customer service is a joke.

I would not even give 1 star after my experience today but I have to rate something. I experienced the worst treatment from the so called store manager Adrian. Today I had several packages that needed to go back to Amazon.. from the moment I walked in, Adrian was unfriendly and even rolled her eyes multiple times. I apologized for the amount of packages multiple times. When I got to one package in the original box unopened she told me I could not return it. . I explained to her I had been on the phone with Amazon for over an hour today making sure everything was fine to return. She said I could buy a box but other than that I couldn't return. I said ok, I'll call Amazon again and square it away. We move onto the next. This was 4 items on the return and I was only sending back 2. Amazon told me if my daughter decided to keep a few items it wouldn't be a problem. Anyway. She saw that I had 4 items on this return and told me unless I had all items she couldn't process the return. I said you did with the very first return. She said "that's because I couldn't see your phone, now I can" So I explained to her what I was told. She again said she wouldn't do the return. I then said the reason we are returning all the items is because a week ago my grandson was born still. These returns are gifts and purchases for a baby that wouldn't be coming home. Her response to me was " Not my problem!" I responded that was a hateful comment that did not need to be said. I did say she was heartless and she then refused to complete my returns. Seriously she is hateful and should not be in customer service. I from the moment I walked in she was unfriendly and loves to roll her eyes. I love UPS but will never step foot in this location again.

Customer service is unbelievable! I stressed out all day about mailing my mercari items, they had it from my phone to the printer in 5 minutes I was surprise how much the employees really help. I mean, he figured it out for me. I had no clue!? I was So thankful for their help. Thank you UPS workers you guys are great!

Yes, drop box items sometimes become misplaced, I prefer The UPS Store and one or two person UPS Drivers load the truck and deliver.
