They are truly about taking care of their customers. They are one of the few companies that still have customer service. Plus if you are a woman, you can take your vehicle there and they will treat you fairly, you will have nothing to worry about. This was my first visit there. They replaced an engine for my girlfriend. She handled everything with them and they were 100 percent honest and truthful with her. Did everything for a fair price. They have earned her business for life. I'm a mechanic and they have earned mine also when I don't have time to do it myself. Very impressive place and owners.

Shelly is seriously the nicest lady and and every mechanic at Dons is very friendly as well. I have been taking my car here for 15 years and have always been more than satisfied with the service! I highly recommend!

I bought a car in August from Edward's Autogroup. The 1st week I had the car it had problems sent it to Edward's service 4 times and Baxter in omaha twice. The last 7 months I had to drive my moms car and pay for a car that would not work. Edward's told me I bought the car so it's my problem I do not recommend buying a car from them. Volkswagen could not find the problem. Took it to Don's Automotive and they had the car for two weeks and they found and fixed the problem. I am truly grateful that they treated me with understanding and respect something Edward's needs to learn. The last 7 months have been so stressful I finally do not have to worry about my car.

I took my daughter's car into Don's. It's a 1998 Saab 900SE. Unsupported by Saab at this point, so we felt lucky they were willing to work on it. They had to do some repairs that required them to take the transmission out. They did the work and my daughter drove her car off the lot. Over the next week she noticed the gears slipping and when she put the car into reverse, it was like it was in neutral. I believed that the transmission may have been put in incorrectly, based on the timing and those problems not existing before we took the car to them. It's not clear to me if this was just an unfortunate coincidence or not. However, I brought this problem to Shelley's attention. She was kind and helpful. Don's ordered a used (presumably) transmission on their dime and installed it. My daughter picked up her car and it's been running fine. Friendly people at this shop, willing to help and make things right for the customer!
