First year resident. Particularly like the easy to know everyone 93 units facility and large landscaped courtyard that give a suburban feel while near to midtown choices and activities. Excellent staff join with residents in running a tight but extremely comfortable and affordable ship. Everything you need without fripperies you pay for but don't use. It has lived up to my granddaughter 's recommendation to me moving sight unseen from out of state, "This is the kind of place I'd most like to have you live at, Grandma."
