haven't been to this location in a long while . last time I came the lot was dirty and unkempt. drove by and seen it was open so I stopped for a quick wash and was happy to see the lot was in way better shape and the employees had a smile on their faces. our suv came out clean and dry. joining the monthly club next trip out.

Jose kindly found a time that suited my needs for an interior detail on my Outback. It was a mess after family eating while traveling, winter crud and a ski trip. The car looks beautiful (like new) and some exterior work was also done. Thanks.

We took two cars in for detail service. On one car, they lost the two front floor mats and didn't latch the hood tight so had to pull over on the way home to shut it. On the other car we had to wipe down the interior of the windshield due to residue.

In general, it didn't do a great job with our minivan. The left side sprayers were not working properly and we left with soap all over that side. However, the right side didn't get very clean either. Definitely not worth $20.

If i just need the vacuum and not a car wash is the vacuum still free? Or else is there a way to pay separately for it/what does it cost?

You technically have to go through the wash to get to the vacuums. If you drive against the flow of traffic/one-way driveways you could get to them but I don't think that is allowed.
