I have a white vehicle the tire shine has stained the rocker panels and 1/4 panel yes I have requested they turn tire shine off but could be to late and of course no one there can speak to my problem when I go in but they will have someone call that has not happened. So 0 out of 5 stars. Oh one More thing last time went through took 2x to remove a bird dropping! Dang you have to give a least 1 star

Went by here to get a full service car wash. The attendant tried selling me the unlimited car wash multiple times after I told him I wasn’t interested. And then asked him where the closest full service car wash was and he directed me to the location off of Dodge and 115th. I asked him what time they closed and he said 9 PM. So I drove all the way over here only to find out they quit doing detail work at 5 PM. I don’t know if y’all have noticed how high gas is right now, but I don’t appreciate having wasted my time and gas driving for service that wasn’t even open. Please educate your workers. You’ve lost a potential customer.

2-7-22 After nearly 2 years of membership at the unlimited level which is $43 and change after taxes...my debit card had expired by 3 days, but I didn't have the new one on me. I offered to pay cash but they dont accept it. Mind you I had to wait in line 25 minutes to be told I wasnt gonna be able to get a wash today. It was extremely frustrating to know I've paid for so long and there is no way I have gotten the value for what I have paid for since i dont wash weekly...so in my mind...good business would have been to send me through...since I've paid for a ton of washes I havnt received...but lucky for me they have a ton of competition that are much much nicer facilities...Facts. Update 3-23-22**: After being turned away for my non updated debit card info...for the last two months I was charged the full price for unlimited membership. I never went back after being turned away to update any information. So somehow, you refused me service for not having my information up to date but kept charging me anyway...so what was the problem?! Pretty upset that an incident from 2 months ago is still haunting me. I have a correspondence with management and I will repost as to how they handle things. As of current, only further disappointment to report. Update 03-25-22**: I was contacted by two individuals from management. I was refunded my overcharged payments. I felt that the correspondence was a little testy at first, but it was prompt. I moved my 1 star review to a 3 star because of this prompt response. The whole experience was more annoying than anything. I'm disappointed I had to find another car wash, but I may return one day. I will say it was great... until it wasn't.
