Bought the washer at HomeDepot! GE Had came out 3 times for the same problem. This is for an 85 year old woman. Then they said they could no longer service any appliance at our resident. Due to being ‘unsafe’ then they changed it and said she used ‘ racial slurs.’ I believe they just didn’t want to reimburse us. Or give us a new machine. Maybe they didn’t know how to fix it. They tried to fix the shaking problem with pool noodles. They had ordered a new agitator. The washer was only 3 months old. It shouldn’t have had any problems. The problem wasn’t fixed. They refuse to do anything.
