We can't speak highly enough of Diana Kenny I dropped by the dealership one afternoon with little time to spare, just starting the search for a used car that got good gas mileage for our teenage son. She took my contact info and called a day later. She found us a used Prius that wasn't even listed for sale yet! We bought the car the next day, without even having driving it because it was on the lift getting some touchups. The day I went to the dealership, I had no intentions of buying. My sales consultant Barrett Piland was phenomenal! Knew everything there was to know about the 4Runner, was kind, and on top of his game with everything! My finance person was Brenden Holloren. He made the finance side, smooth. That always seems to be the worst part but he assured me the process would be painless, and he delivered. The detail department did an amazing job on cleaning up my 4Runner as well!!! Thank you Toyota of Wilmington for the amazing customer service. Will recommend and will be back for future purchases, but not too soon. 😉

We were just looking the day we came in. Had no intention of buying that day. However, this young man came up to us to offer us help and after that we were hooked. We ended up buying a 2022 Tacoma that day because Matt Reed was so amazing and helpful. He went beyond our expectations and because of that we will be sending him more business in the future. Yes, I used to walkin and get service done in a reasonable amount of time for oil change and tire rotation, but was just told that that I need to make an appointment as they were booked 5 days out. Easy fix, went elsewhere (less than a mile down the road, Black's Tire and Auto) for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
No mask, no entry. Social distancing clearly marked. Surfaces disinfected often. Surprising for such a large and open facility.
