It took me over a month to even get a call back from this place. My doctor sent them my prescription for a cpap and I ended up calling them almost everyday for 2 weeks before I received a call back to set up an appointment. When I finally got my mask I started to notice that I was breaking out from the silicone on the mask and called to try out a new mask and it again, took about a month before I could get an appointment for a new mask. Insurance will not cover the machine of you don't have 30 straight days of use. Because it took so long for me to get an appointment each time, I now have to come out of pocket almost $1500. The customer service experience with UNC Homecare is the absolute worst.

Absolutely horrible. I have a power line iv port. I was going on a cruise so I called them because I was about to run out of saline and heprin flushes. They would NOT send me supplies despite telling the lady I would run out. Remind you, it's important I flush the line and they didn't seem to have that in mind. Luckily at my doctors office a nurse went out of his way to give me a few flushes. I had to stretch out what I had. Now I'm completely out and I've been trying to get ahold of them. The guy keeps transferring me back to the main menu which takes me back to him. He said someone will call me back. So far nothing. I don't know why he can't put the order in? Ridiculous!!!

awful service. get passed on and on to another either incompetent or not caring person. calls not returned. ordered items, even with inventory number are not filled correctly...year after year. be prepared for them to get nothing right follow up: 2 weeks later .still no supplies. finally spoke to person who did not know what was going on.she said contradictory things and could not explain what she was saying. referred issue to family doc for his team to use the system from inside..but that was a week ago. see how bad this is?

Questions & Answers

Is there a recommended time of day to call customer service? It seems they're very difficult to reach - you remain on hold for at least 15 minutes or longer and there is no option to leave a callback number and message.

I would recommend if you can to find another provider. They are the worst.
