I adopted Emmy in April 2022! It was a really great experience. Paws Place takes excellent care of their dogs and gets them everything they need physically and emotionally. They are also very meticulous about where the dogs go to be adopted. Very important!!! Emmy is such a happy little dog in our home with us and our male lab.

I have told many people how clean and thorough this adoption agency is. I felt great about the staff and the facility and this dog has brought such joy to my life it’s incredible. Milo and I take many walks a day trying to get him used to bikes, golf carts, and fast moving children. He is very food motivated and gets distracted with small treats during our training sessions. He loves to ride in the car with me and loves to snuggle. We have gone to the beach, parks, concerts and a restaurant or two. Thank you for reaching out we have both bonded quite well!

We have adopted 2 beautiful dogs from Paws Place and both times have been a wonderful experience. Easy, fairly quick and the workup that they do on the dogs is terrific. They really try to match up the best pet to the best human! They are incredibly compassionate and dedicated. Don't shop - ADOPT!

Yes they do. It's a great place for dogs. I just recently adopted a dog from there and they treat all animals like family. If your looking to surrender your dog I would only bring them there. Cause they will be taken care of.
Yes, we have many volunteers that come on weekends and we have many different areas that you can "work." Start by filling out the application on line, you will then attend an orientation and you come when your schedule allows, when we have sent out requests for assistance.
All available dogs are listed on our website www.pawsplace.org. No appointment is necessary to visit our dogs. Open Tuesday thru Sat 10-2.

Fees are about $200. Adoption process takes a about 7 to 10 days. They will make a home visit, and ask questionns about how you will train and care for your furrever baby.
Yes they do. You have to go for orientation first. They are currently closed and working on their storm damage. You can go the website and sign up.
Paws Place is a wonderful facility. They run a very modern, clean, and caring place. My wife and I were very impressed. We adopted a wonderful new addition to our family there. If anyone can help you they can. Barry and Rae Ann Lorenz
