A friend of mine has 3 cats. Is there a way she can give them up for adoption? If so, how much would it be? What steps are involved? Are you a no kill shelter as well?

If I'm not mistaken Paws places for dogs only *** and when it comes to dogs very good place for dog and good people to deal with **** we adopt our dog peanut there ***
