They have qualified vet techs with many years of experience, volunteers & interns are just there to help assist in checking in, when they're fixing over 70 animals a day, the extra help is needed. Only licensed vets & vet techs are performing surgery & doing exams. So don't be mislead by above comment. I've transported approx 15 cats & 5 dogs a week since they opened. I'm a volunteer with a local rescue. Plus they've got a great staff. Yes, sometimes they can get stressed out, just like any workplace They're expected to do a certain amount in 8-9hrs. They've fixed over 30,000 animals since opened in Aug 2014. I know they've never lost one, they do not take risks with your pets life. I highly recommend leaving a voicemail if you are unable to reach them immediately, or an email works too! Dogs start at $80 under 70lbs (?), vaccines $10 each & only at time of surgery, microchip $20, many forms of payment accepted. Call to schedule appt

You would have to call them and they could tell you more. They are open Mon - Thursday till 5pm if no answer leave a message and someone will get back to you asa they are able. If you call today it might not be till Monday or Tuesday depending on how busy they are. Or ask on their FB page.

I am not sure? Is the Mama cat from a rescue or pound? Most of those places include spaying in their fee... Fix a friend does ALOT of spay/neuter for local organizations Best to check w them on cost and when Mama can get spayed

Any pet who comes in should have food withheld after midnight the night before their surgery. If it is a small kitten, it may have about a teaspoon or less of food in the morning, but no more than that.

If I were you I would go anywhere else. I personally had the worst experience ever there.

This depends on size and age of pet. Cats are less than dogs, due to the length of surgery.
