They were closed, however the sales associate let me in to use the rest room, and gave me information on a vehicle my mother was looking at.

Everybody wears masks and they adhere to social distancing. In the lobby there is plexiglass to protect employees and buyers as well.

You can print one off but you have to turn it in in person, due to identity theft. Must have picture id with app

If they repo a vehicle from you due to losing job and can't afford it can you purchase another one down the road

They are really good at working with you if you are having trouble making payments. It is definitely better to try to work things out or surrender the vehicle before it gets to the point of repo. This way you still have a good relationship with the company.
