Was treated very badly at my own mother's funeral, by the funeral directors. They were taking outrageous orders from a demented, and deluded drama queen, and let her run the place, while harassing me. Joke's on them, my sister lives far away. You will never deal with her again. I live right here in town. I'll need to make preparations for my own death at some point. I wonder if your estranged brother would like my business. God knows that you're not going to receive it. Shame on you, Phillips Memorial home! I wonder if the media would enjoy hearing about this!!! You made the worst day of my life even more traumatic than it should have been !!!!

Absolutely the worst place to have a funeral. Funeral Director kept saying he was doing his best to treat my cousins (they’re sisters) who dont get along equally, but he had a clear favorite and believed the wrong sibling who is a compulsive liar. They had some man watch my cousin who did nothing offensive, just sat by her mothers casket and mourned. Not only that he left out my deceased Aunts brothers and sister in the line up which was completely disgusting and disrespectful. If someone planned my funeral there I would get out of the casket and leave. I would rather have my funeral in a gas station restroom.

Absolutely horrible disrespectful wake had to have someone to watch my cousin Because they believe one sister over the other. Disrespected my family some of my aunts and uncles completely left out of lineup. I hope you realize now you believed the wrong sister when she ripped her flowers off the casket at the cemetery.

They were so accommodating and gentle with our fragile hearts during those blurry first few weeks of our loved one’s passing. The family of Thomas George is so very grateful ❤️.
