My mother has been on the " Taking Control Program" now for 3 years. My husband is her home health care aid and within these 3 years there he has NEVER had a raise nor a promotion. Fidelus says 35 hours but his profile page says 37.5 when he worked the extra never got paid. My mother needs a bath but refuses for him to do it. So she calls the other 20 workers on the list that MILC sent her. But no one answers or calls her back. My question is why sit through orientation just not to work? My mother is 82 and I'm 52 with physical impairments and can't get my mother a bath. I love how there's a excuse for everything or pass the blame on someone else. I'll just get a hold of govern hocul maybe she can shut this down like govern Cuomo tried to do.. No need for a answer just take it to the higher levels

Staff here is friendly and the people know their jobs. They are able to give referrals to other departments and personnel to help with whatever you need. What a great community service.
