Came in a few weeks ago to sort out some phone trouble. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. The issue was resolved and I was impressed by the stellar service. He was the only one working and did a great job accommodating me and the other customer that came in. Awesome job!

Nick at the Massena store was amazing. I had a problem with the billing on our new phones. He took the time to review my bill, and reached out to other people to help get the bill straightened out. He also provided me with an AT&T number to call for additional help.The next time we need new phones it will be at the Massena store and we will be asking for Nick.

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Massena location and see them in person.
They used to when I worked there but it's been over a year, so I'm not sure if they still do.
They do not do any on-site repairs, they would have to send it in, but I don't recall them ever having any rca products, so they may not even be able to send it in.
If you stop by we can check your phones compatibility with our network and get you set up!
