Daniel and Blane, I think I have that correct were fantastic. We felt so welcome right from the start. Like other reviews, the hosts are really customer service oriented and that makes it a fabulous experience. It was a struggle for us…. but we used our clues and appreciated the help. It didn’t hinder our enjoyment. We had a blast and were glad the room host helped us along!! We are booking again soon. Hope the same two guys will be there!

Our host was super welcoming greeting us at the door! Our family decided to do the new room, Sir Walter Speakeasy, and the details and puzzle layout was great. It gave everyone a chance to work on something in the room. Blane met us at the end of the room and he ended our night fantastically. If we’re back in Raleigh soon, we will definitely stop by again!

So much fun at Tower Escapes with friends during the holidays. Had a great time and they were so accommodating to our group. We did the newest and hardest of the rooms and as we were all newbies to the Escape Room experience, I thought they did a great job making us feel at ease. We understood the rules, how things would/should operate and got some good clues along the way. We all agreed we want to go back to Tower Escapes and do another one again!

My first escape room and it was fantastic. The staff was super kind and knowledgeable. There will be a new room coming hopefully next month and I will definitely go back!

In the Tower Keeper scenario, there was stairs. Also there are stairs to go up to the different rooms. You don't actively need to go up and down them however.
