Ordered a package and called us and said our address doesn’t exist so we had to drive out here on a Friday night because they were going to send it back if we didn’t pick it up that night. Our address definitely exists and we have received items from UPS at this address before. Wasting our time because some idiot who was “familiar with the area” couldn’t find our apartment.

Holding urgent packages since 0645 today, telling customer's that their package is still being delivered today. Saying give until 7pm We have severe weather coming. Because of their carelessness families are doing without medications and if they lose power(while waoting on generators to be delivered) they said its not there problem.
