I totally agree with Beth if I could give negative stars I would as well I spent eight weeks there and as far as I’m concerned it was a wasted eight weeks I was there for physical therapy after a stroke and I had exactly 37 minutes a day of physical therapy which is next to nothing I would not recommend Bradley Creek at all My only regret about my stay there is that I did not call the state on them it’s a horrible place do not put your family there in my opinion anyone who works at Bradley Creek whether it be therapist administration aids anyone should be ashamed of themselves it was a horrible experience I couldn’t get any anyone to answer my calls and then I would like in the urine soaked bed and when somebody came in they would say well it’s almost shift change and leave it’s just a horrible place please do not put your loved one there I was there for eight weeks and I got exactly 2 showers and both of them I had to ask for it is not a good facility Please don’t be fooled by the beautiful surroundings it is gorgeous everything matches and if you’re logged into thinking it’s a nice place but believe me deep down it’s not

My mother spent time on the rehabilitation unit here. She was comfortable and felt safe the whole stay. The PT/OT staff are excellent. The nursing staff friendly and helpful. We are both very happy we found this facility.

After having a relative at this facility I have to say they were outstanding. Both my husband and I were very impressed by the cleanliness and the caring. The nursing supervisor took a very personal interest in making sure that everything went well. Dr Rudyk and her team are outstanding . It’s never easy when a relative is unable to go home directly from the hospital. This facility does A fabulous transition. Thank you for caring Laura and Jonathan Crane

I would recommend Bradley Creek 100%. My husband has been there over 8 months now in the memory care unit, and our experience has been very positive on so many fronts. I also spent 2 weeks there on the rehab floor while recovering from back surgery. This allowed me to see first hand how patients were treated. I’ve gotten to know almost all the staff and now consider them friends! Their positive energy and sincere heartfelt care are what set them apart from other facilities we have been to. Their jobs are very demanding and can be extremely stressful a lot of the time, but they handle it professionally and as a team. I am constantly getting compliments about the facility and staff when my family and friends visit. The activities offered are amazing, and my Facebook likes & comments are so encouraging that I know my husband is indeed in the right place. Thank you, Bradley Creek, for giving my husband a new home where he can live life to his fullest capacity in joy and dignity.
