ALYSSA made the entire experience for me. It’s been years since I shopped Express because I don’t live close to one. BUT. Alyssa changed all of that last night. From the moment I walked in she greeted me, helped me get sizes, made suggestions, de-clothed manikins for me etc. while she was also helping other customers and running all around the store! I was there past close and did not even know it because she was just providing the best customer service she could. I signed up for the rewards when she asked me and then I told her I wanted to the get the credit card. I will be shopping exclusively at Express from now on. I used to shop another brand for my work clothes but their quality does not compare and they no longer have store fronts. Express has it all! Sexy date night outfits, modest (but sexier) work attire, casual but stylish items and stuff for my husband too! So on trend. Alyssa understands all of this and the customers wants/needs! She was very knowledgeable. The other associate was casting looks at us when she walked past, Alyssa expressed that she was having issues and she would be on the floor to help once we were done with the online order. The other associate came off a bit inconvenienced when Alyssa asked for help with the register issue she was having during that online order. When that other associate came over to help, she did not even look at me or acknowledge me when she was standing next to Alyssa. Maybe she was just tired? But you could tell the other associate was not a team player. That was my perspective as a customer who just received the 5-star shopping spree experience. Alyssa sold me hundreds of dollars in merchandise while the other associate had to close. Thank you Alyssa for making my trip worth it! If you visit this store, you will get the VIP treatment from her for sure.

This store is the worst Express store I’ve ever been in. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in any other Express store. No one seems happy to be alive let alone be there working. I’ve waited for a dressing room forever several times because the staff is too busy complaining and unavailable to assist customers. I had a staff member come put clothes back right on top of where I was looking without even speaking to me let alone saying excuse me! I ended up putting my arm full of clothes down and walking out. I will shop online or drive over 30 minutes to a different store to avoid this location/staff.

I have been shopping at Express for 25 years and i have NEVER been treated as poorly as i was on 8/4/17 the manager was the rudest person i have ever dealt with. I am a professional sales person and if i treated my clients this way i would not have any. There are many other stores i can shop at and if no one shops the store closes. Not sure why i was treated this way but i will be following up with your corporate office.

Due to these uncertain times, we feel it's safest to close certain fitting rooms to promote social distancing. But the good news is, we do still accept returns for qualifying items! So if you purchase an item and it doesn’t work out for you, we’d be more than happy to take it back or exchange the size for you. 🙌
