Ordered at 12:03am restaurant closes at 2am. Says they’ve shut down the Frosty machine for the night. The main thing that separates them from their competitors. Keep the whole order. SMH only in the ghetto.

The Wendy's in Forestville, MD.. I got in line at the drive thru at 1:35pm. Paid for my order at 2:12pm. I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad. When I checked my bag, there were no Pecans for the salad, no fork to eat the salad and no receipt paper, so I did not get a receipt as well. What I did get was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STAFF WHO COULD ONLY SAY "WE DON'T HAVE, THIS AND THAT after the transaction was complete. I should've known all of what Wendy's did not have when Iplaced the order not at the window after you got the payment.....but wait a MANAGER stated to me that it's a shortage on receipt paper so they borrowed some from Long John Silver. How about you take your sorry tails across the street to Target or an office supply store to purchase the paper. SORRY EXCUSES WILL GET YOU REVIEWS LIKE THIS ONE!!!

If I could give no stars I would….sat in the drive through for 20 mins then another 15min to order my good get to the window and they refund me half of my order I ask for a receipt never got one……. The girl at the drive through can’t take an order and deal with people at the window

Should’ve kept this shut down if they were going to only do drive thru. The times on the door says 9am on Sunday to dine in but yet the doors are locked. I know it’s just fast food but they need to start hiring people who actually want to work.
