Tamara was a awesome leasing agent. She was very professional and always respond in a reasonable time Frame. Besides feeling like the pictures posted on the website with the breakfast bar is misleading due to the fact I was told I have a newly renovated apartment and really was excited bout this apartment that I saw in the pictures that’s being advertised only to get my keys ( no tours due to Covid) and there was NO breakfast bar! I feel like all of that should’ve been communicated prior to me signing my lease. Overall my apartment is Nice! So far my neighbors appear to be okay. I’m just a little disappointed. Two years later……… I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to a homeless person! The management is horrible! All they care about is MONEY and not the residents. They really should take in consideration all of the complains That their residents have expressed on the bulletin board.

I’m going to be honest with you, if you can avoid it don’t move here. I won’t exaggerate either I’m going to tell you the 100 % truth. My apartment was supposed to be renovated and the only thing that was renovated was NOTHING. My carpet was old, appliances old, and poorly prepared. The leasing agent Tamara is horrible. She is unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. The property manager is like a ghost because she never wants to meet anyone nor have I ever seen her walk the property unless it’s an eviction. The apartments are spacious but the materials are low quality so you’ll be putting in maintenance request quite often. There is only 3 maintenance techs for 200+ units now I will say those 3 guys are pretty good when you can get in contact with the office. I have never seen a office closed this much. Now they have a temp girl in the office and you wouldn’t believe how rude she is if I typed it so I won’t bother but it’s really bad. Outside of the units being spacious there is no upside living here. I’ve been in property management for over 10 years I absolutely would not advise anyone to move here while this current staff is in place. Please trust me on this. God bless

PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE! Not only do I have roaches 24/7, I’ve lived here for 4 years I’ve had a whole building of new tenets they are constantly loud. The front office staff is rude af during a pandemic telling me I can’t renew my lease for this year because of late rent during a pandemic.. then when i did pay rent I still got notices on my door asking for next months rent before the month even came or they would take me to court... my rent is 1351 every month but now that I put my 60 day notice in they are making me pay them 1771 plus which make no sense at all these people like to try and get money off of people which is sad cus people don’t have it to give let alone move to a new spot I have a 1 yr old and single mom and they made my first apt experience terrible Run away fast

This has to be the worst apartment complex I’ve ever been a tenant in! Anybody reading this please leave while you can. I only been here for a year and dealt with roaches but also mice! Not one mice but 5 and still dealing with them. I contacted them and it wasn’t a sense of emergency this is now a mice infestation in this unit. To make matters worse they gave me a notice of non renewal of my lease, and I was never informed that they wouldn’t be renewing it. I asked why and the assistant manager replied “we don’t give reason, but looking at your rental history it’s not good” remind you I am not in the rears and I may have paid late,but they got there money every month!!!!! But how can you judge rental history from 2020 when we were going through a pandemic! To make matters worse they telling me I have 60 days and I am currently 5 months pregnant!
