My experience was superb from start to finish. The reason I give my rating is due to the responsive exceptional customer service I received from Ms. Jones and Ms. Heywood. From honesty and transparency to just being pleasant and having a wonderful sense of humor (Crystal). Keep up the great work!! Good customer service should not be a rarity and unfortunately in this business/area it is. Thank you so much for your support. :) - I found another place too!!

I have been living at this complex for a little over 2 years. It seemed as the complex has falling apart due to the constant change in management. The rental office barely ever answer the phones. There is an issue with rodents in the complex. They know this but won’t send out the exterminator unless you request it. I have a mold issue that was not taken seriously. They constantly tried to tell me that the mold was dirt. Update: July 27th and still no remedy. Property basically giving me the run around. I had the apartment tested for mold and results confirmed the toxic black mold issue. I forwarded lab results to complex and corporate.

I've lived here since late 2017, the community is great, Mr. Irell, keeps you laughing and is very polite, Ms. Reva is the best, I'm sorry to see her go. The previous management was terrible, except for Ms. Christina she was great. Just sorry that corporate won't answer our questions about the contest we just won, for free Jan. Rent, they acknowledge all the other contest but not this one why. But it really is a great place to live.

Christina Adams is one of the greatest property manager I’ve ever encountered! My experience with her was very pleasant! Her knowledge and ability to market the property was astounding. If I didn’t already have an apartment I would definitely work with her to find one at her location.
