I hate living here, living here gives me actual depression. I just don’t understand why this is something you pay to live like. TOO MANY ROACHES. AND WE CATCH LIKE 3 MICE A WEEK. They don't do anything AC and garbage disposal has been broken for days and not even a knock on the door to at least acknowledge the problem. We sleep with it 89 degrees in here and are currently washing dishes in the tub due to the broken disposal. not to mention how uncomfortable it already is to sleep feeling like there’s a roach crawling on you every hour! I will get on my knees and Thank God the day we move from this dirty complex

lived there for a year now, my sister has lived there for years. Roaches and mice in the winter, Gnats and flies in the summer. Maintenance is lazy and the office staff pick and choose when they want to help you or they ignore you completely. you get what you pay for

This property use to be so well kept and managed properly I have lived here since 2016 maintenance used to take care of work needed in your home management use to inspect often managers use to respond to your calls needless to say none of this is done anymore the property looks a mess maintenance is lazy and seen working on they car and having them washed doing work hours the manager always over talks you you can’t get a word out there are so many guys hanging out that does not even live here huge dogs everywhere there is one young lady at the front desk that will get things done for you however her attitude has changed over time too i really wish things would go back to the way it was in 2016

I only gave 1 star because that’s the only option before you can write a review . They need to have a staff meeting, definitely on professionalism, handling tenants concerns etc...A serious make over is needed for this company or they will always have issues. I’ve been here 3 Mos and is ready to go!! I pay too much to feel like I’m on public housing. They played with me , breached my leasing agreement, due to a so called error on last management , so much more I can say but I’ll rather talk to the actual owner. Nothing is getting resolved. Not a good feeling . Just praying to God he get me out this toxic situation FAST
