I’ve recently moved back to the Flats at Forestville formally known as Regency Pointe. All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful especially Tiara. Since I’ve moved anytime I have a concern or request she always takes care of my request in a timely manner. Not often do you find pleasant staff in your rental office, really a breath of fresh air.

Vanessa Bowman was GREAT!!! Her and the entire team in the office regularly kept me updated in reference to my new apartment home. I just recently lost my childhood home to a fire so this was a difficult time for me. But Vanessa and the Regency Pointe staff made this process as easy as possible for me. Thank you all !!!

Tay came to help my neighbor and when I told him I thought he was here for me because I had also put a work order in, he came in and did a full inspection of the issues I listed. He took it upon himself to then make several phone calls to ensure an emergency ticket was put in so I would have my repairs made right away. He was very friendly and professional and made sure I was taken care of.
