First time here and was the worst experience. Got there at 11:30am and stood outside in the heat in line until 3pm. Absolutely Ridiculous!

Samantha was very helpful with scheduling, rescheduling my appointment & letting me know everything I needed when I got my cats neutered. She always sent an email and/or called to prepare you for surgery. Faith was very helpful, informative & punctual about the aftercare & when they would be ready for pick up. She also, let me know about the next time they were doing distemperment shots & microchip.

I took my cat to get her vaccines updated and it truly was a great experience! I checked everywhere online for a place to get the vaccines done without hurting my pockets and that is what led me here! They had a no appointment needed day (which is the first Sunday of each month from 1-3pm) so all I had to do was show up with my cat and her prior vaccine information and wait in line for a bit (the line was rather long but they work impressively fast but just in case prepare yourself for a bit of standing and waiting). Overall I would reccomend coming here for all your fur baby needs, the service is relatively speedy and the people working there are very kind and willing to help you through all your paperwork and/or concerns you may have in regards to pet care. I only got my furry friends shots updated but according to the information online they offer a spay and neuter program! It's not something I personally needed because I had my cat fixed in the past but it's something others may want to look into!

This place is awesome. My vet wanted to charge me $390 for rabies and distemper shots for my 4 cats which was 2 shots each. SPCA charged me $10 per shot. ONLY$60!!!! The employees were so nice and accommodating. They brought my cats inside and then brought them back when they were ready. Left with my tags and paperwork in hand. I'll definitely be back when my babies need shots again!!!

We treat all dogs and cats
No, it’s a veterinary clinic. We have adoptable animals listed at our website: www.pgspca.org
If you are willing to foster them until they can be adopted, we may be able to help you.
Several! Email us if you’d like to help!
We do not offer regular wellness services beyond vaccines and microchips, which you can get on the first Sunday of every month. We also do spay/neuter two weekends a month.
The core vaccines are rabies and distemper (a combo vaccine that protects against multiple virulent diseases).Vaccinations are $10 each. The first time your pet receives distemper shots, s/he needs two a month apart (if over 4 months old) or three a month apart (if less than 4 months old).
Emily, we are doing FREE spay/neuter for the pets of eligible PG County residents. If you think you might qualify, please complete the application at www.pgspca.org/appointment.
As Brad said call Animal Control.
Jania, we care enough about wildlife to recognize that they need expert help! Contact City Wildlife or the MD Dept of Natural Resources to find the best local resources.
We alter the pets of qualified county residents for FREE. You may qualify if you are receiving public assistance, subsisting on low income, or reside in one of the county’s designated ERC neighborhoods (formerly called TNI neighborhoods). If you think you qualify, complete our online form at www.pgspca.org/appointment. Alternatively, you may call 301-262-5625, extension 9. In either case, a volunteer will call you back to confirm availability. You do not have an appointment until you hear from us. Please be aware, we have a huge backlog due to having been closed for several months. The wait for appointments may be as long as three months.
open by appointment only
Miranda, we can always use more volunteers! Please complete the online application at http://www.pgspca.org/get-involved/volunteer/
Thanks for your question. With the pandemic, crowd restrictions, and the need for social distancing, we are not certain when we will be able to resume our monthly vaccine clinics. Please keep check for updates on our website, www.pgspca.org.
Our free spay/neuter services are limited only to the pets of PG County residents who qualify. Usually, other clients can pay ($45 for cats/$100 for dogs), but we aren’t taking any pay clients at present due to there being so many PG residents who qualify for free services. Vaccines are $10 each, but those are currently offered only to surgical clients. We aren’t holding our regular vaccine clinics because of crowd restrictions and the need to social distance.
No, we only rescue and rehome dogs and cats. You should contact the county shelter.
We continue to watch the virus situation in Prince George's County. County government facilities are still closed and large crowd events are still postponed. We will resume our shot clinic schedule as soon as we can do so safely for our staff, volunteers, and clients. You should watch for developments and announcements on our website, specifically our calendar at www.pgspca.org/events
We offer free spay/neuter for the pets of qualifying PG county residents. You can read more here: www.pgspca.org/clinic
PG County residents can qualify for free spay/neuter in three ways: if you live in an ERC neighborhood (designated by the county), if you are receiving public assistance, or if you meet the low-income guidelines of the Maryland Free Lunch program. Of course, any of those qualifications would need to be documented.
No, sorry.
Sorry, it is not. We are anxious to offer our shot clinic service, and will do so as soon as it is safe for our volunteers and our customers. At present the risks and restrictions do not allow it. We are carefully monitoring the guidance from Governor Hogan and Prince Georges county executive Angela Alsobrooks regarding large-crowd events.
Shante we are a private all-volunteer charitable organization seeking to improve the lives of Prince George’s pets and of the people who care about them. We do run a cat and dog adoption program, but we do not take in rabbits. Have you tried the House Rabbit Society or other rabbit rescue organizations?
When we reopen our shot clinics, our shots for $10 each. Until then, you might try the LuvMyPet program through Petco.
No, sorry. Try the Spay Now at 301-483-7080 or the Spay Spa & Neuter Nook at 443-607-6496.
We do not run a shelter. We foster rescued cats and dogs, and we operate a spay/neuter clinic for cats and dogs. You can contact PG County’s Animal Services Center for help with reptiles. 301-780-7200 or 301-780-7201.
Our adoptable animals can be viewed at www.pgspca.org/adopt (look for the red "Adoptable Animals" link in the 2nd paragraph). Marley was adopted in November. Do you see him listed somewhere currently?

The price for both male and female dogs is $100, and both male and female cats cost $45. There is an extra charge if your pet is in heat, pregnant, cryptorchid, or overweight.

Are they inside or outside when barking. If unattended outside you can call animal control otherwise talk to neigjbor. I have an inside dog that is a barker, I don't like it but he feels he is protecting me from outside noises he hears. That is what dogs do.
I would leave a note anonymous... Threaten them by shaming
Call the police and animal control.
Animal control
