PG County residents can qualify for free spay/neuter in three ways: if you live in an ERC neighborhood (designated by the county), if you are receiving public assistance, or if you meet the low-income guidelines of the Maryland Free Lunch program. Of course, any of those qualifications would need to be documented.
I live in the forestville area and it was free to get my 2 cats (girl + boy) neutered and spayed. Just the rabies shot cost 10 bucks.
