My brother was admitted here after having a stroke. My sister and I went to visit him and they had him just laying there with no tv or radio on. His fingernails were disgusting, his lips/ mouth were so dry. He was struggling to breathe and I asked had he been given a breathing treatment since he’s been there (almost two weeks) and the aide said no. Had to make them give him a breathing treatment while I was there amongst other things. Forget about trying to call them to check up on a loved one. I was hung up on or the phone just rang forever. The staff definitely does not care. They seem to forget that they could be in a sick person's shoes or a family member could be. This place definitely should not be in operation.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were disrespectful from the door. Two african ladies. They knew I was arriving, I came in one lady never even looked up at me. The other lady never looked at me ither, she just pointed and told transportation where the room is. came here three days ago. The walls are horrible, need paint job. There is "no" hot water. My first night here I saw what appeared to be a bed bug. This is hell. I wouldn't dare eat their food

Hello,have family at this facility,2011 to 2019 was great,now that the respectful staff is gone,who really care,for the patients ,no longer work,have been time,when visiting,will see, bruises, scratch marks,cut on the head,losing weight,diaper not change,no one knew what happened,was reported,took pictures,clothes missing,that was purchased,sometimes love one ,not clean,would have to do it yourself,it’s a shame,staff only come for a pay check,not all staff was unpleasant or bad feeling,Lord,Jesus covered the patients,with your precious blood🙏🏾🧡🦋🙏🏾

My fiance is in this nursing facility and he was supposed to receive therapy three times a day he's been there for less than a weekHe has not received his therapy only twice since he's been there today is Monday August 23rd and they are horrible his food is always late and is cold I had to bring ice from home because they don't have enough staff to get the job done, please run away from this place
