Horrible horrible horrible... this man had the nerve to speak about the lights not being on in my home told me it was unhealthy to live in a dark place, he also spoke about grease on my stove. He was there to fix a microwave... I have brain issue and had been on chemo so no lights is exactly what i am supposed to have. I of course turned them on for him but he has NO reason to say anything about how I live!

I wish I could leave no stars. I scheduled an appointment for today last week. I received multiple texts confirming my appointment between 1-5pm. At 5:15pm, I received an automated call saying I needed to call them back to reschedule my appointment. At the same time, I happened to be on a chat with a service rep to find out where the technician was. He claimed the tech called but was disconnected. No one called me. They show up first on Google, but you should scroll past them. Don't waste your time with these guys like I did

The stove was not repairable as the part needed is no longer been manufactured so I'm having to purchase a new electric range. The repairman was very knowledgeable and professional in his assessment of the work needed.

The Tech did NOT explain the issue nor did he really fix the problem. Yet, I was still charged a labor fee but was never told what was wrong. He flipped the circuit-breaker in the basement; and once we got upstairs the dishwasher was on by itself. The Tech was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very non- responsive when I asked him to explain the issue (which probably was none to begin with).
